As you can see we all got a little sunburned...some worse than others (Ty). We were so tired after getting home and showering that we all got right into our pj's for the rest of the night. It was really nice. We finished off the day with a few games of Rummikub and watched a movie together - on the laptop! Still no TV in our house.

It was really nice. We finished off the day with a few games of Rummikub and watched a movie together - on the laptop! Still no TV in our house. We went to Costco last week and were walking by the TV section. I told Roger we really should buy a TV because the kids were going to get bored without one. He said "OK, who wants to buy a new TV tonight?" No-one raised their hand except me! All the kids say they like not having one because we do more together. I guess I am a bad mother because I really miss TV!

I have to say you guys are so lucky to have no TV. Seriously, we waste so much time watching all our shows, it's sad. You family is always out doing fun things so you would not watch it anyway. Maybe we should try to get rid of our TV...or maybe not turn it on for one entire day! I am going to do it. Tomorrow no TV at all! I’ll keep you posted on the results
