We have a new favorite beach - Ali'i Beach on the North Shore. Dennis and Amber told us about this beach and we are so glad they did. It is the perfect beach for us. It has an abundance of turtles, great medium waves for the kids to surf, some calm spots for paddleboarding and no waiting for parking spots like at Waimea Bay. We love it! We were going here every weekend until a couple of weeks ago when we went and saw a completely different beach. The BIG waves have come to the North Shore. The waves were so big we didn't even let the kids get in the water at all. I guess we need to find new new favorite 'winter' beach...Dennis, any ideas?
