Anyone who knows Roger knows he is a fan of Spam. Spam is HUGE in Hawai'i. On Saturday night we went to the annual Waikiki Spam Jam. We listened to some great local music, ate a lot of dishes made from Spam and even met the Mayor of Honolulu. He was super sweet and made sure to shake each of our hands and personally welcomed us to the island. It was a really fun event and it benefited the Hawai'i Food Bank - even better!
