But even though food can be expensive (it's not so bad, you just need to know where to go), we don't have to spend on other things. In Hawaii the professional work attire is very different than the mainland. I have thrown out every suit I own since they are a no-no on the islands. Professional dress is an Aloha shirt and slacks. I love it. And once I get home from work, it's shorts, t-shirts and these.....slippahs
I taught Kennedy and Isabelle to play tennis the other night (at your courts, Pops) and it felt very wierd to put on sneakers. Check out Isabelle's shoes. She refused to put on her sneakers.
